Boat Motor - Laser Surface Preparation & Coating

CH-47 Chinook helicopter rotor blades were laser stripped in our facility using precision laser surface preparation for painting to remove existing coatings from composite, aluminum, and titanium surfaces without damaging the underlying substrates. This media-free laser cleaning process allowed for controlled coating removal while preserving critical aerospace tolerances across mixed materials.
After laser surface preparation, the blades were primed and painted in coating facility, ensuring uniform coverage, proper adhesion, and long-term durability.
