Industrial Painting & Coatings Services

Industrial Painting & Coatings for Long-Term Corrosion Protection

Cowboy Painting Co. provides industrial painting and protective coating services for aerospace, military, marine, and industrial applications throughout Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. We deliver complete solutions—surface preparation, corrosion protection, and precision coating application—performed in our controlled facility or on-site as project requirements demand.

Industrial Painting & Coating Systems

We apply high-performance industrial coating systems designed to protect steel, aluminum, composites, and specialty substrates from corrosion, wear, and environmental exposure. Coating systems are selected based on service environment, substrate condition, and long-term performance requirements.

Our industrial painting services include:

  • Protective industrial paint systems

  • Corrosion-resistant primers and topcoats

  • Repainting and refurbishment

  • Specialty coatings for demanding environments

Every coating system begins with proper surface preparation, ensuring maximum adhesion and coating lifespan.

Corrosion Protection For High-Value Assets

Industrial assets are designed to last—but corrosion, coating failure, and environmental exposure can shorten service life and force costly replacements. Our corrosion protection services focus on preserving existing equipment and infrastructure, helping clients extend asset life and avoid unnecessary capital expenditures.

We provide protective coating solutions for:

  • Industrial and manufacturing equipment

  • Structural steel and support frames

  • Aerospace and military components

  • Marine and coastal environments

By combining advanced surface preparation with properly engineered coating systems, we help keep critical assets in service longer, reduce maintenance cycles, and protect investments that can cost millions to replace.

Facility-Based vs Field Industrial Painting

Facility-Based Industrial Painting

Our facility-based industrial painting services provide a controlled environment for precision coating application. Temperature, humidity, and surface conditions are managed to support proper curing, inspection, and finish quality in our facility

This approach is ideal for:

  • Aerospace and military components

  • Structural assemblies and frames

  • Projects requiring inspection-ready finishes

  • Around the clock project timelines

  • Pick up and deliver options

Field / On-Site Industrial Painting

For immovable assets or buildings we offer on-site industrial painting services coordinated around operational schedules and safety requirements.

This method is well-suited for:

Industrial Re-Coating & Refurbishment Services

We specialize in industrial re-coating services, removing failed coatings, corrosion, and surface contamination before applying new protective systems. This process restores performance while minimizing downtime and replacement costs.

Our re-coating capabilities include:

Epoxy floor coating with safety striping and non-slip surface in active Delaware fire station

15,000 Sq Ft Fire Station Epoxy Floor Coating — Delaware

Cowboy Painting Co. completed a 15,000-square-foot epoxy floor coating project at an active fire station in Delaware, where the existing floor had become a slipping hazard. To keep the department fully operational, the project was phased in sections with a temporary wall, allowing emergency equipment to remain in service throughout the work. Our team removed baseboards, diamond-ground the concrete, repaired cracks and surface damage, and applied a four-stage epoxy coating system with a fully broadcasted, non-slip topcoat. The project also included up to four custom color layouts for safety markings, fire truck parking areas, and designated walking zones, resulting in a durable, safe, and highly functional floor built for emergency response environments.
